There have always been changes throughout the history of Agitation Free, and now the time for change has come again. Michael Hoenig has decided to give up live performances with the band. However, he will remain part of the Agitation Free universe.
As a replacement we have found a top keyboardist in Tim Sund, who has taken up the difficult task of preserving the band’s original sound, so critically shaped by Hoenig. Tim also sets new musical accents, which the 10,000 spectators at the great Burg Herzberg Festival 2024 were already able to experience for themselves.
Tim comes from the prog rock scene and is no stranger there with his band Green Desert Tree.
Agitation Free is going into the next round. The chemistry is right, especially with virtuoso guitarist Axel Heilhecker. We had a lot of fun together and look forward to a bright future on the rock stages of this world.
